Absolutely. Our programs are designed to complement medical treatment, not replace it. We work in harmony with your doctor's recommendations. Many clients find they can gradually reduce medications under medical supervision as their health improves, but you should never discontinue or change medications without consulting your physician.

 

After your initial consultation and plan delivery, we schedule a follow-up call after 2 days to address any questions. Then we have regular check-ins every 10 days to monitor progress and make adjustments. You also have access to our support team via chat for any questions between sessions. The exact frequency may vary based on your chosen program.
